  • How can I become a Kóot ambassador?

  • What should I do if the item I purchased is damaged ?
    Our goal is to deliver products with the highest quality and without any defects. But unfortunately quality or production errors can happen. If you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email info@kootsports.com so we can review your case and arrange a replacement as soon as possible!
  • What size should I order?
    Buying online can be hard when selecting the size, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit. If you still have doubts, make sure to contact us via email help@kootsports.com and we will be more than happy to help.
  • How long should I wait for a product that is no longer available in stock?
    If there is a product you like and it is sold out, use the “notify when available” button on the product page to be notified as soon as your size is back in stock. Also, make sure to stay up to date with our social media and/or sign up to our email list to be notified.
  • Where can I purchase Kóot?
    Kóot apparel is exclusively available via our online store here. Products cannot be purchased at any other online store, boutique or retailer, please be aware of scams or fake products.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Kóot offers a 10% discount to all people who sign up to the email list and order for the first time.
  • How do I return my Kóot products?
    Kóot's return policy lasts 30 days. After those 30 days past since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, please contact our customer support team at info@kootsports.com, where we are going to analyse the case and give you detailed instructions. In order for us to fight against climate change, we have a return fee that helps creating a responsible consumption culture.
  • When will my order arrive?
    The delivery time will depend on the place of destination and the time at which the order is placed. National shipping (Denmark): 24 - 48 hours during business days (up to 5 days for the islands). International shipping: 7 - 15 business days. All purchases after 14:00 CEST will be managed the next working day.
